Leadify runs a global consecutive delivery failure feature which counts failed marketing messages. When a marketing message id queued for a contact, the contact is checked against this database. If the contact has failed previously, the likelihood of failure again is high and thus this contact is excluded.

This ensures that you are not wasting your marketing budget on contacts that would likely not receive your SMS or email. Furthermore, the quality of your leads also improves, which underpins the efficacy of your entire lead-generation efforts.

Setting up your SMS marketing campaign is really easy, but what do you do when you save a campaign and it doesn’t segment the marketing messages? We suggest you make sure that:

  • SMS campaign is set to send messages and receive replies.
  • Template is active.
  • Start date and end date are valid.
  • Exclusion criteria are set correctly.
  • Targeting criteria are set correctly.
  • Total messages per day in Marketing Lists tab has not been reached.
  • Daily SMS limit has not been reached.

Setting up your email marketing campaign is also really easy, but one can run into similar segmentation build issues. We suggest you make sure that:

  • Email campaign is set to send messages and receive replies. • Template(s) are active.
  • Start date and end date are valid.
  • Exclusion criteria are set correctly.
  • Targeting criteria are set correctly.
  • Daily email limit has not been reached.
  • Total messages per day in Marketing Lists tab has not been reached.
  • The Schedule Days are ticked for the particular day you are sending.

Leadify is a marketing automation tool that allows you to schedule how and when you want your marketing delivered. The marketing campaign scheduler can be set to send SMS and email marketing messages between a start date and end date, followed by a start time and end time. In this way you are able to set the cadence of leads coming back into the campaign manager.
